Abstract

The article is devoted to the program of students psychological training to develop psycho-pedagogical
technologies of formation and development of general and specific psychological skills by means of psychological
training. An integrated approach to the formation of students’ professional readiness suggests the need to identify
personal determinants of the respective components and structure of personality, methodological approaches
and conditions for their professional growth.

The main problem of students psychological training is the problem of defining the content, development and
implementation of system training of psycho-pedagogical technologies for the development of management
skills and professionally significant qualities of personality. To solve the problem of increasing efficiency
of students professional training with the aim to develop an integrated approach to formation of psychological
readiness to students’ professional activities, in our view, it is necessary to define the personality determinants
of the relevant components and characteristics of the personality and the conditions of future specialists’
professional growth.
Psychological training is the process of preparation of students to the ability to induce and maintain
the condition of personality characteristics and other components of psychological culture within the framework
of professionally-significant configurations.
